First off, why exactly is this intended? Random Redstone timings make my Redstone very hard to overcome this difficulty. They technically aren't hard to understand if you know the fundamental basics, but this so called "intended feature" makes it seem otherwise...
And keep in mind that I didn't place those there to fool the community. This ain't no April Fools I'm doing, I tell ya. Don't believe me? Try it out yourselves. Spawn in a new seed in the recent Beta / Preview (1.18.30.32/33), use the "/locate ancientcity" and wander around the Deep Dark Cities. You'll soon stumble upon floating Sculk growths that are actually on Structure Void Blocks. 😃
You're kidding me?? If I want to spawn in a Mushroom Biome using the seed picker, I have to be on an old Minecraft version to spawn in one, or at least spawn next to it? Why the heck would the seed picker even be exclusive to Bedrock Edition, then???
I have to address that other world spawn seeds in the seed picker does in fact spawn you in the expected place, for example, the Winding River world spawn seed in the seed picker will spawn you in the Winding River. The Spooky Mansion world spawn seed will spawn you near an expected Woodland Mansion, etc.. The Mushroom Biome world spawn seed however, nope.
Even on the recent Minecraft beta still can't create a new world.
On the Minecraft full release (1.17.10), setting the storage location to "Application" can create a new world, but setting the storage location to "External" can't.
Not to mention that most of the weapons like the Mace and this item isn't really mobile friendly, even with the new enchantments added.

Another update:
Even on the recent Minecraft beta still can't create a new world.
On the Minecraft full release (1.17.10), setting the storage location to "Application" can create a new world, but setting the storage location to "External" can't.
Update:
I'll update this bug once I try to create a new world on the recent Minecraft beta (1.17.30.21).
This bug is applicable to the version where it happened.
This is indeed still a bug even today in 1.17.
