I have been living with this error for a long time (I honestly don't know if it is, but if so I ask that it be solved) since I discovered it, when I point with the mouse and press the release key (Q) it releases the item on the side right and this has caused me to lose valuable items several times.

Are you using default control layout, or have you customized it? Are you sure you are not bumping extra buttons on the side of the mouse?
It looks like you are pressing a key to move to the right along with the drop key. We are going to need more information about your hardware and/or control setup to evaluate this issue.
