When you asked by the tutorial hint to hold shift to sneak, and you try to hold shift to sneak and go to the edge, the tutorial hint toast cannot be completed or being get rid of.
Step to Reproduce
Make sure that the tutorial has been reset
Create a new world (can be on any game mode)
Go wait until the hold shift to sneak tutorial hint comes up (in the meantime, you can complete the other tutorial hints or do something else until it comes up)
Try to hold shift to sneak to complete the tutorial here:

--> ❌ The tutorial tips toast cannot be completed or get rid of until it disappears without telling you did it.

I have also been experiencing this issue, however after the toast eventually disappears, it will then reappear a while later, even if I don't leave the world
This has continued happening in all of my sessions, and it seems to be impossible to get it to disappear permanently
