Full shulker boxes stored in chests of 27 stacks of blocks will occasionally render as:
"Shulker Box
and 22 more..."
and then contain nothing when placed down
Is not consistent within a given chest, as some boxes in the same chest still look correctly filled. Additionally not just chests in one block space (such as a chunk boundary). Have not yet found a case of a partial box being emptied but this may be possible
This has effected roughly half to 2/3 of my bulk resources

A friend of mine and myself have had many of our resources affected by this too hence my being on here I came to find out if it's been happening to others, I also noticed that it has happened after our players details Gamertags ect had not loaded up properly and we had not noticed when we went onto our worlds.. Above my friend where the Gamertag should be it said Player and for me it said Steve instead of my Gamertag.! I would think it might be connected as our resources hadn't loaded up properly..It started happening to my friend prior to the recent update 1.20.72 he had stuff missing from Shulker boxes and they just said 22 more but were empty,I just noticed it last Saturday though ..

Does this only occur in multiplayer/shared worlds, or can it also be reproduced in singleplayer or realms?
I have only seen this on the Realm I have. I don’t know of a replication in single player. I can go ahead and download a copy of the realm world to single player to see if it persists.
Is there an easy way to upload a world file from my Xbox One? I also have the realm I access from my Xbox One which may make it easier

Is this still an issue as of 1.21.21? If so, you can attach the affected (zipped) world file. If the file size is too large, please upload it somewhere else and then link to it here.
On Windows 10 you can use the Export world feature.
On Android or iOS you need to use a file explorer to navigate to Device storage > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds
On Xbox or Switch the only way is to upload it to a Realm, and then download the world on Windows 10 or Android/iOS. (Please do not purchase a Realms subscription just to provide a world to us - but if you have a Realm already this may be a viable option if you wish to do so.)
On PlayStation you can follow these steps to copy a world save:
Make sure your BLANK USB stick has been formatted to FAT32
On your PlayStation, go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Copy to USB Storage Device > Select Minecraft > Select Saved World to copy > Copy
This should then copy the world save to the USB, which you can share to a file sharing site such as OneDrive, and then share the link.
This issue is being temporarily resolved as Awaiting Response. Once the requested information has been delivered, the report will be reopened automatically.
