[MCPE-180] Visual artifacts obscure view

Just look at the screenshot. That white stripe... It also sometimes being rainbow-colored...

This bug was also in early versions of the game like 0.3.3, 0.3.0...

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
