add-on issues - previously reported via in game contact and am not being responded to

We have a realm and all members play from PlayStation 5`s. We added some of the new mod pack add-on`s to it on 3/23/24. Everything was mostly working except not every player got the use of the Crafty add-on . No matter the troubleshooting a couple people didn't get it which we chose to accept and play with out. On 3/27/24 the Fire Dragons add-on updated and despite troubleshooting it is not functioning properly in the realm. Dragons dont fly, L2 button doesn't function after mounting, can not see fruit icons in traders menu. Can not open add-on guides in hot bar.

Tested the add-on in a regular personal world and it functions, but only for a few hours. In th realm the non-functioning issues effect all players. We have tried deletion, redownload, reactivation of the add-on`s. We've tried deletion and redownloading the Minecraft game as well.

All add-on packs have error messages in game storage Issue: missing dependency ID even if add-on is just purchased and had not been used. 

It doesn't matter if packs are deleted and redownloaded they still have these errors.

We opened a second realm to play on while we waited to see if you can fix the issues with the realm that started having the issues first.

It only seen to work for a few hours and by the next day is having all the same issues for all players.

I only received 1 initial response from Evie T from first reporting through the game and after showing screenshots and week information have Heard nothing else.

Please can someone tell us how to resolve the issue or if it is going to be fixed.
