In the bedrock edition, the maximum population control of monsters is 8 monsters on the surface and 16 monsters in the cave in the 9*9 chunks, which will result in the number of mobs at simulated distances bigger than 4 is significantly less than the 70 monsters in the Java edition, which I think is very unreasonable.
When the simulated distance is greater than 4, mobs should have different density mechanisms to control generation.

When I tested the impact of simulation distance on monster density in-game for MCPE-132746 and MCPE-65762, I found that the density of monsters in Java Edition is similar to simulation distance 6 and higher in Bedrock Edition, and that Bedrock's simulation distance 4 is the anomaly. Simulation distance 4 has much too high of a density because 80% of the 9*9 chunk cap check area is usually empty. This is more noticeable in the nether because it uses the underground cap but has very open terrain.
