UI appears blurry on 1080p monitor

Ever since 4k support has been brought to the Xbox Series Consoles, the UI text has been blurry. The game always runs at 4k despite my monitor only going up to 1080p. You can't tell that the text is blurry based on the attached picture, but if you saw it in real life you'd be able to tell.
*This big report isn't about not being able to change the resolution, its about the blurriness of the text.
