Can confirm, relates to MC-268577.
The tuff around the trial spawner is supposed to be stone.
Trial chambers generation has been changed in 1.21.0.23, and again in 1.21.0.24, thus this can no longer be reproduced with the given seed and coordinates. I found this in 1.21.0.24, where one of the stone is replaced by a diamond ore.
