Non-solid partial blocks do not display mace smash particles

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place a patch of any non-solid partial block, such as sculk veins or redstone dust.

  2. Spawn a mob and performa mace smash on top of the blocks.

Observed results:
The particles of the block below will be displayed.

Expected results:
The particles of either the redstone dust or sculk vein will be displayed.

Can confirm, affects 1.21.50. This is most likely intentional, however, as the issue has to do with the fact that all non-solid partial blocks do not produce their respective particles when doing a mace smash, and is consistent behavior across both bedrock and Java.
