Crosshair Graphics Glitch: Colored Line Appears Underneath Crosshair

When the crosshair is onscreen, a distracting white line with a green or purple pixel at the center appears underneath the crosshair.

Especially noticeable when playing with a controller and the crosshair remains on at all times.

The problems seems to be resolved on the iPad Pro but is now appearing in my iPhone 6s Plus.

Also effects other iOS devices like the iPhone 7 Plus
