Trial spawners do not work in worlds started in 1.20.60.21 Preview

Hello, I discovered that in the old world, on bedrock edition, on the latest version, when visiting the trial chambers, none of the trail spawners work, neither the previously generated structures or the newest ones, as can be seen on scrin schots after omnimous spawners next to it or the old vault block around. the newly placed spawner also does not work, in all cases mobs in could not spin, it is happend on survival or creative etc. on the newly generated world, spawners work

I don't use any add-ons, I'm currently playing minecraft preview on the latest version. old worlds - what I mean is that the world I'm playing on was created some time ago. A few beta versions ago, the spawners worked normally, I was in many trial chambers and I even got a mace, but now on the latest beta version v1.21.0.22 when I entered this and also another world created before this version, the trail spawners do not work when I walk near them on creative or survival, the mobs inside do not move around and they do not start spawning mobs (of course, when you are on survival, because that is the only time they start to spawn) therefore, in a world created on this version, these spawners normally work as they should. I send here the video, what it looks like when stand next to it in creative or survival, when you go to trail chambers that was generator before this beta and also the newest generated trial chambers spawners looks the same and they do not spawn any mobs- it is the same thing when you place one or find one. On the words generated on this beta both of them either find ones or placed ones work normally. I hope you understood the problem now

When I visit most trial chambers that are closer to spawn in my main survival world all of the trial spawners are always empty.

My world has old chunks going back from 1.16
These chambers are usually the ones that are below chunks generated from the old world generation (pre 1.18)

How to reproduce:

  1. Locate a close Trial chamber in an old world

  2. Search around it for the spawners

Expected result:

The spawners would have a mob floating inside and start spawning when you approach

Observed result:
All the spawners are empty and do nothing

Edit: I'm now able to reproduce this in the latest preview (1.21.30.21), but this never used to be the case.

Can confirm. This appears to have been fixed in the latest previews, but is still present in 1.20.81. I've attached a world that can be used to reproduce this. It was created in 1.16.

Please note that this is not the same as Working as Intended, as this bug report correctly describes behavior in the game that might not be the intended or desirable behavior, but it will not be fixed right now.
