I cannot craft repeaters. I have all needed ingredients. Closed game. Restarted device. Tried again. Still the same.

I can't see any stone in your inventory, are you using the correct blocks?
Also, please test this without the use of any resource or behaviour packs, just to rule out those causing problems.
The crafting recipe did not call for stone. So i put some stone in and it worked. Lots of bugs in this update.
