Redstone Repeater MATTIS recipe missing stone blocks and offset

When in the MATTIS crafting menu (the one for pocket touch) the recipe displayed for crafting a redstone repeater is incorrect. The recipe does not display the 3 stone blocks and the row of torch, dust, torch is too high.

When crafting, 3 stone, 2 torches and 1 dust are properly removed from survival inventory.

This bug does not affect 0.15.10

Tested on Samsung Galaxy S6 (SM-G920W8), Android 6.0.1 MCPE 0.15.90.10

I see the same issue running 0.16.1 on iOS 10.1.1. The torches are in the wrong place and it doesn't show the 3 stone needed.

Fixed in 1.0.0

(The recipe shown uses the top 6 squares of the crafting area, but I don't think this is a problem)
