Problem accessing my skins and the marketplace.

For some time now, I've been having trouble accessing my skins. When I log into my account, the character skin image keeps loading indefinitely. When I open the skin area, I don't have access to any skins, not even the game's default skins. I've already uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, waited for a new update to see if it would fix it, but it's still the same. This problem has been happening for quite some time, but I didn't pay attention until I tried to access the marketplace to get the pet pack on April 11th and realized that I simply can't access that area in the app and it keeps giving me an error code. I didn't know which version to select in the previous option, but I've had this problem with the skins for 3 updates now.
