Torch moves in slot when being quick moved

Torch (including soul torch and redstone torch) moves in slot when being quick moved.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open an inventory.

  2. Quick move some torches.

  3. Take a look closely at the torch while the quick move animation plays.

Observed Results:
Torch moves in slot when being quick moved.

Expected Results:
Torch would not move in slot when being quick moved.

This actually also happens in 1.20.81, it's just simply harder to notice.
