This glitch has been happening to me across multiple Minecraft versions, dating back to probably at least 1.19. I've tried clearing my Minecraft cache, logging out of my account, resetting the game – sometimes it fixes the issue, but only temporarily.
This issue occurs after I purchase or 'claim' a free map and click on the download button, it brings me to the download screen and doesn't install – when I tab back, I get to this menu and it still doesn't work
Making it frustrating to play new worlds that aren't already installed and in the 'templates' section
