Touch control: Flying in Creative makes you unable to stop flying

With touch control, once you start flying in Creative, you can never stop flying because the "Jump" button disappears. The only way to cancel the flight is to temporarily switch to Survival.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open "Settings"

2. Select the "Touch" tab

3. Tap "Change Control Mode"

4. Select "D-Pad & tap to interact"

5. Enable "Split Controls" and "Swap Jump and Sneak". (This step can be omitted; the result will be the same without these options.)

6. Select the "Game" tab

7. Set "Personal Game Mode" to "Creative"

8. Resume the game, then double-tap the Jump button.

What I observe:
The jump button disappears. Tapping the empty space where the jump button is usually shown will make you fly forward, and double-tapping the space will not make you land on the ground.

Also the corresponding "How to Play" text still mentions a button that is now gone.

What I expect:
The jump button does not disappear. Double-tapping the button makes you land.
