I like playing but now I have no getting the Pot Planter Achievement or Saddle Up Achievement. Help Please. I worked so hard to get these achievements. I play all the time.

I can't get them either for some reason. I am currently at 30% complete on the achievements but some of them I can't seem to unlock. Yesterday I unlocked "Rabbit Season" for eating cooked rabbit. Then no more than a minute later I did the requirements for Dying a bed...didn't get the achievement for it, but when I go to the achievements list, it is neither in the locked or unlocked sections, so it has completely disappeared from the list.
I also had similar troubles with "Sniper Duel" where you have to kill a skeleton over 50m away with a bow, I did what I needed to do (shot skeleton from an approximate distance of 50m (it was across a lake)) and never got the achievement, but I did get an achievement a few minutes beforehand, and I did the requirements for a few other achievements after and didn't get any of them either.
Help?
