[MCPE-181537] Skins don't load & can't be edited

Since the update 1.20.81 to this recent hotfix my customized characters (AKA Skins) doesn't seem to load nor can be edited. I only have one space to customize or put classic skins in, I logged out, uninstalled Minecraft and installed again and it doesn't seem near to be the correct fix.
