Areas outside of the screen safe area do not render properly

Affected screens:

• Settings: bottom and sides have transparent gaps

• Marketplace: bottom and the left sidebar have transparent gaps, top bar's fade out animation is not fully applied

• Dressing Room: left sidebar has a transparent gap, top bar's fade out animation is not fully applied

• Join the Event: top bar has a transparent gap

• Chat: everywhere outside of the screen safe area has transparent gaps

• Structure block: top bar has a transparent gap

• Any chest/barrel/shulker box/dropper/dispenser/crafter with Pocket UI: top bar's sides are cut off

• New Profile screen: Friends and Followers sections' bottom has a transparent gap

• New Play screen: bottom has a transparent gap

• New Create New World screen: bottom has a transparent gap

• New Edit World screen: bottom has a transparent gap

• New Servers screen: Server's description's bottom has a transparent gap

• Old Join Realm screen: everywhere outside of the screen safe area has transparent gaps

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Settings -> Video -> "Change Screen Safe Area" and set it to a small value

2. Open any of the affected screens listed above in the Affected screens list

Observed result:
Areas outside of the screen safe area do not render properly in some cases.

Expected result:
Areas outside of the screen safe area render properly in all cases.
