My bedrock/windows edition of Minecraft for some reason as of recent, decided it no longer allows me to change my skin, or access anything in the skin selection UI, just total perpetual loading with no clarity. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher and game as a whole, and it only temporarily fixed it just to break again seemingly for no reason.
