Is this still a problem in the latest version (1.21.1)? How long exactly does it take to open the world settings?

So, I load into Minecraft Bedrock, try to go to the World Settings, clicking the button BOOM! It freezes in the end, takes forever, then sometimes gives me a OG menu of the world settings, Cool, but I want the new menu world settings menu… Sometimes, it crashes.
