I had emailed Minecraft support on 5/15/24 and was told it was being fixed but yet i haven't seen a resolve so I just wanted to know if this issue was still being worked on because it is preventing me from playing and I have been wanting to play for a while now, what's going on is I can't do anything on the character creator because it won't load or it will and if I delete something it just completely stops working and I can't click on anything, please let me know what's going on.
