Steps to reproduce:
Get a music disc
Put it in an item frame or inspect it in the inventory.
Observed result:
The textures are offset by 1 pixel
Expected result:
The textures are centered properly.

I took all of music disc items are all offset in 16x16 pixels, This could only the music disc are left offsets than center or right offset place.
So I've compared with a red lines shows the music disc even the new ones are still left offsets
