I opened the game a few days ago but I noticed it has no sound, I couldn't hear anything. I checked the sound settings and my computer's speakers but everything was fine. I recorded a video about the problem.

Yes, the problem was similar. I could fix it for now. I have to change the OS settings everytime I want to log into the game.
