Heavy core on Java is using the Skulls as a base and match how skulls sizes in hotbar and the hand animation while hold.
However on Bedrock, the heavy core is too big in hotbar compared to skulls on Bedrock and when you hold it, it doesn't match the animation

The inventory issue is MCPE-182371, I'm not sure if that issue also covers being held.
