Ok, so i went to the end, Looked for an end city. When i found one, i noticed that the glass was not magenta. See screenshot below.

However, this issue has been closed as Working as Intended.
Coloured / Stained Glass has not been implemented in Minecraft Pocket Edition yet, so normal glass is used in it's place for now.
Remember not all differences between game versions/platforms of Minecraft are bugs. If you need help or have a suggestion you might like to follow the community support link below.
