[MCPE-182886] Wind charges aren't working in a specific world

Wind charges are not working in my realm.

When I throw one wind charge to another mob it works as normally but when a player tries to use it it to junt doesn't work.

I don't know if this may be a bug since my world was created in 2019 with 1.15 version and it has been getting updated but we never experimented any issues like this.

Are you playing in Bedrock Edition? You mention version 1.15, but Bedrock never had 1.15 release version.

Also, does this only occur while flying in creative mode?

Yes, I play in bedrock edition. it only happens in my realm.

It has been active since 2019, the version was 1.14.0.

In the video I was in creative but I wasn't flying and this also happens when players are in survival. Wind charges don't work.

Does the issue still occur if you remove your Netherite armor?

Does the issue occur if you download the world from your Realm and open it on-device?

Could you attach a copy of the world? If the world is too large to attach, you can upload it to a file-sharing site like Dropbox or OneDrive and share the download link.

Does anyone have an update regarding this? I can confirm it on my world as well but the difference was our world was created on 1.17 and has been on a realm ever since. Both Windburst enchantment and the Wind Charges doesn't work on the player but works on mobs similar to the ticket.

If there's any workaround that can be done like updating the world/player files manually?

Today 1.21.20 was released and this bug hasn't been fixed... It seems it's happening in realms created in previous versions. that means we are players paying for something that isnt't even working correctly :/

I too am experiencing this on a bedrock server I run. World was created in 1.20 when the trials first came out and the item worked, moved over from a world to running it on a server, now the item will launch when clicked but no effect takes place. It does not launch the player. Will attempt to pull world out from server and test it in singleplayer. I think it has something to do with the updates and it not taking full effect on the server or world.

Yes, I've used addons in the world.
Is there a way to fix this? We still cannot use wind charges nor the mace enchantments 😞

Also I've tried addons in new worlds and wind charges works normally, even if I enable experimental options.

It is possible that an addon you used in the past altered player data to prevent knockback. Currently the local player does not experience any knockback at all. That is what makes wind charges have no effect. I have not been able to undo this with another addon that attempted to give players 0 knockback resistance. It may require that you edit the player data with an external program, or you could try the option in Minecraft to remove all player data when exporting the world. You may want to try that on a backup copy first.

It appears the issue is the result of using an add-on or an experimental toggle, so we aren't able to track and fix the issue here.
