Note: this issue is triggered by creating a world with a behavior pack applied that gives the player knockback resistance. The player cannot regain the ability to take knockback or use wind charges by removing the behavior pack. Any players that join the world for the first time while the addons are applied will be similarly affected.
If you experienced this issue after using an addon from the Marketplace, please comment below with the name of the addon and the creator’s name.
As a workaround you can restore players' knockback and ability to use wind charges on Windows devices by exporting the world with the option selected to clear player data. Note that this will delete all player inventories, experience, and scores.
Steps to reproduce
Import [mediaInline]
Enter the “Create new world” menu and activate the pack under “Behavior packs,” then proceed to create the world.
Exit the world.
Enter the world settings menu and deactivate the pack.
Open the world.
Give yourself wind charges and try to use them.
Expected result
The wind charges work.
Observed result
The wind charges do not work.
Wind charges are not working in my realm.
When I throw one wind charge to another mob it works as normally but when a player tries to use it it to junt doesn't work.
I don't know if this may be a bug since my world was created in 2019 with 1.15 version and it has been getting updated but we never experimented any issues like this.

Yes, I play in bedrock edition. it only happens in my realm.
It has been active since 2019, the version was 1.14.0.
In the video I was in creative but I wasn't flying and this also happens when players are in survival. Wind charges don't work.
How can I remove all player data from an exported world? I don't know hot to do that. Do I need an external program?

It appears the issue is the result of using an add-on or an experimental toggle, so we aren't able to track and fix the issue here. In my world 440 megabytes, I temporarily added the double jump boots addon, but then removed it after seeing it didn’t work right and that’s when it started for me.
Are you playing in Bedrock Edition? You mention version 1.15, but Bedrock never had 1.15 release version.
Also, does this only occur while flying in creative mode?
