Notes from note blocks are sometimes skipped or cut off

Steps to reproduce:

1. Import and load the attached world.

2. Listen to the note blocks (which should already be playing)

3. If they're not playing, then press the button.

Observed results:
The song doesn't sound right, and compared to the Java version, it's clear that some notes are being skipped and/or cutting out.

Expected results:
The note blocks should play properly, and be more in line with what can be heard on Java.

Original description:
Note block speeds on bedrock sometimes cutout and dont play all the note blocks unlike java edition plays all the notes with no skipping and no cutting out. I have the same song playing on both versions and you can hear a distinct difference.
