Elytra clipping through player when walking

Thats actually weird. I use the elytra every day on my server, i don't get the issue. What i get is weird sudden body rotating while flying

Whoops, just re-checked. Still happens 😉

In 1.16.201 sneaking doesn't seem to be an issue for me, but when walking, but the legs still go through the elytra.
