End Cystal item doesn't have "enchantment" glint effect

End crystal items do not have the enchantment glint effect that they do in the Java edition. (The same glint used on enchanted items, enchanted golden apples, and nether stars.)

The ender cystal is not enchanted like the pc version.

Renamed the issue and updated the description to be more descriptive.

Still didn't fixed on 1.2.3.3 beta
tested on my win 10 PC
