This issue currently only seems to affect the xbox one
All enchanted items seem to have this visual glitch while held in hand in first person.

I can confirm I have this issue with the latest beta version on my Xbox One X

Same here, bottom screen (player 2) is fine while top screen (player 1) is glitched while using split screen.
