When you restart the game is it still present? And if you mine it and pick it up does it say polished diorite? If so it may be a texture issue and not a generation one judging by your Samsung Device.

This bug is fixed, but older worlds (0.16 or less) that were updated to 1.0 builds 1 and 2 cannot be fixed.
