Enchanted Armour Texture Bug

Whenever ANYTHING has Enchanted Armour, the armour looks extremely blocky and ugly and has a horrid texture over it. Shields also become completely white and broken as well. This bug only affects armour worn by any entity 
This bug also makes enchanted leggings almost completely disappear as can be seen, however a sliver of them slides along briefly during the enchanted shine animation similar to how enchanted helmets behave. They'll occasionally open up and show the entities head before sealing back up again.
Finally, shields also become bugged and become flat white plates, that occasionally have a slight colour change with the enchantment shine.
This happens with ANY enchantment, and is extremely annoying. Please fix it ASAP
