Game completely freezes ps5, no error code, seemingly no specific trigger

When playing, or on the menu, the entire playstation will freeze. This can only be remedied by unplugging the console, which can cause damage, this only occurs in minecraft, i play several much more resource intensive games, and this has not ever happened. This issue occurs regardless of player actions, whether i am mining blocks, running, placing blocks, standing still or on the main menu. Since this requires the power to be removed from the console there is no error code, neither is there an error in the system’s error logs. This has happened to me multiple times in under a week.

i do not know exactly what version i am playing on, but its the most recent one. I am also not able to include a video of what happens as the file size is too large.

i have seen reports of this same issue dating as far back as march 2023 and this is still an issue, how
