Yes, this error I have been getting for 6 days has not been fixed yet. Even though I did all the quests, I don't have the Minecraft BCS 15th ANNIVERSARY CLOAK. The events that took place are as follows:
I completed all the tasks in the game and recorded a video from the Obs application to complete the last remaining Daily Puzzle.
As you can see in the video, I finished the last daily puzzle.
I kissed the turtle.
And when I saw the King's crown, I took a Screenshot from the "PrtSc" button of my computer.
Then he threw me out of the game and did not give me my cloak, although I took the King's crown.
I have reported this many times but you have not provided a solution to this problem.

From one of the team members who made the event:
"we've had a few issues giving out this many character creator items this quickly. if you haven't tried it already, go play another game real quick (this could be just entering the SoT dungeon and walking through the portal), but if that doesn't work then don't stress - we have a list of who has earned what, and will be re-granting everything after the event to make sure everyone has what they've earned already"
