Mobs spawn in Trial chambers

I had glow squid, slime and drowned spawn in a Trial chamber. Saw a bat too. There is no slime spawner in that Trial chamber and at that time no active zombie spawner.

Checked at least 2 Trial chambers and in both, mobs seem to spawn as they normally would do. Slime in slime chunks, Skeleton, zombie and spiders in light level 0, bats and glow squid as in caves

What are the seed and coordinates where this occurs?

I tested the -395/ -24/ 1229 on mobile and no mobs spawned.

The trial chambers where the Mops spawn, have been looted before with the intended mob spawning behaviour. The issue only appeared after the latest Update.

Having this issue on PC as well. Bedrock. I saw a creeper, a skeleton, and glow squid. I only noticed it after 1.21.21 and it’s the same trial chamber I’ve used since 1.20 first dropped. Closest to my home base, I use it to farm keys.

I checked more trial chambers and - as far as I noticed - I think only trial chambers generated before 1.21.21 spawn mobs. The one trial chamber i checked in newly generated chunks (I checked it twice) didn't have any ordinarily spawned mobs.

I wonder if it still occurs, and if it is possible to get a world that this issue reproduces on? I could not reproduce with worlds created in earlier versions using the seeds given and random seeds. Perhaps this is an issue that happened with one specific version that broke these worlds. (Which I was not able to pinpoint today.)
