Unflattened ID for light block is still suggested in commands

The standard practice following flattening-related changes such as separating or renaming is to make it so that the old unflattened ID stops being suggested in the command after the change is made. However, this has not happened with the separation of the light block into 16 separate IDs in the /give command, as light_block is still suggested alongside light_block_[light level].
