After my friend accidentally punched the egg it teleported straight to the exit portal and when I go to world spawn to pick up the egg at 0, 0 there was nothing here I checked at the sky limit and underground but still didn’t find it.
How to reproduce:
Enter the End
Kill the Ender Dragon
After the egg spawned on top punch it and it will teleport to a random location or straight into the exit bedrock portal
Go to World Spawn if egg fall into the portal{*}{*}

Duplicates MCPE-157125. In my testing, when the dragon egg fell into the end portal, it got dropped as an item and got teleported very high in the overworld. You can verify this by dropping any item into the end portal, then leaving then end dimension and running tp @e[type=item] ~ ~ ~ in the overworld.
