Paper doll overlaps with the armor bar in Pocket UI

On 1.21.40.20 Preview, the paper doll position in Pocket UI has been changed to match Classic UI, these changes causes the paper doll to overlaps with the armor bar

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable paper doll, and then changes UI Profile from Classic to Pocket

2. Give yourself an Armor (for example chainmail leggings)

3. Changes your Gamemode to Survival

4. Do anything to cause the paper doll to appears (for example, sneaking)

Expected results:
Paper doll doesn't overlap/pushed down to not overlaps with the armor bar

Observed results:
Paper doll overlaps with the armor bar
