Bedrock item tooltips are not the same as in Java Edition

In 24w36a Java Edition changed to use actual textures for the tooltips, but the textures Java Edition uses are different from the Bedrock ones.

Can confirm. The corner radius is inconsistent, and the background is not transparent. This also relates to MCPE-166098.
