Snow Golems' bodies don't turn when looking around

Snow Golems do not turn their body to face where they are looking in Bedrock. An animation for this can be found in the files called animation.snowgolem.move.v1.8, but because of the way the Snow Golem's animation controllers are set up it never plays in game.

Step to Reproduce:
1. Spawn a Snow Golem
2. Stand to the side of the Snow Golem
3. When the Snow Golem turns to face you, look at its body

Expected Result:
The Snow Golem turns its body to face where it is looking

Observed Result:
The Snow Golem only turns its head to face where it is looking
