I was trying to get access to my extended skins but this issue keeps happening and preventing me from having access to it, any help would be greatly appreciated.
update, The issue is still on unfortunately, any recommendations on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.
2nd Update: this issue still on at 1.21.31 the character creator once is broken again
3rd update: the issue got resolved for a few days only and went back to the same issue, any advice would be appreciated
