Creaking will ignore players in creative mode and wander around with dim eyes, not freezing in place when looked at.

Steps to reproduce
Take a Creaking spawn egg
Set Player as Creative mode and look around the facing of creaking
Observed Result: The Creaking will ignoring freeze from looking at player in creative
Expected behaviour: The Creaking would not get ignore and can be freeze from looking at player in creative
