Pale moss carpet with vines Z-fights upon being mined

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Take a pale moss carpet and any colors of terracotta

2. Place down the any colors of terracotta then place the pale moss carpet to see visible the vine wall

3. Use the effect with /effect @p mining_fatigue infinite 2 true

4. Set as /Gamemode s Then break it to observe this issue of pale moss carpet's vines

Observed Results:
The Pale moss carpet's vines are Z-fighting upon the breaking

Expected Behavior:

When the Pale moss carpet's vines breaking would not be include Z-fighting
