[MCPE-187605] Minecraft is stuck on 35% and then freezes at 41%

When I open up Minecraft Bedrock using the launcher or just opening it direct, it gets stuck at 35% and later it will get stuck at 41%.

If you have any idea how to fix it please let me know.
