[MCPE-187635] Can not open up custom skin packs.

I imported my own custom skin pack that I made and I am no longer able to open it up to see all the skins. It's not a marketplace skin pack to be clear. I was able to open it earlier today so maybe the game automatically updated and caused this issue.
