Hotbar is missing when Classic UI is enabled

So i was at version 1.21.30 everything is normal i used the classis GUI setting, but when i update to 1.21.41 the hotbar in classic gui is gone and i can't access inv or select items in my hand. I don't know how i got that bug but i already deleted data and unistall everything but it still there

What's your device model & OS to be affected, Please provide more information to reproduce the problem?

The issue still effected even when i disable my recourse pack

Like [Mod] OcelotOnesie said, disabling resource packs might work, as it worked with me. I’ll attach more later on today

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, does it occur if you remove any add-ons or resource packs?
