The "need a mint" achievement is bugged and can be achieved from using bonemeal on crops. I'm not sure whether or not the actual way of using a bottle on the dragons breath will give the achievement or not, but i know for certain using bonemeal on crops isn't. I asked a friend, who also randomly got the achievement, and they were bone-mealing bamboo.

I can't replicate it, unfortunately because I wasn't expecting to get the achievement, and i don't have another account with minecraft to try it. I've never been on the end on the realm where I got it on.
